Callmates say "my AC is blowing warm", not "the system is not achieving setpoint". Write the script in their words.

4. Say prices plainly

If you have a diagnostic fee, say it early and say what it covers. Surprise fees are the most common reason a booked job cancels.

5. End with what happens next

Every call should end with a clear next step: a time, a name, and what the caller will receive by text. Callmates who know what happens next do not call back to check.
