Stories
What a shorter to-do list sounds like

“I had eleven calls on my list, some for months. Callmate made them while I worked, waited on hold with the bank and only pinged me when it needed a yes.”

FAQ
Questions before you start
Anything else, ask the team. A real person replies, usually within the hour.
Contact usDo I need a new phone number?
No. Callmate answers your missed calls through call forwarding on your phone, and calls businesses for you from our numbers. Showing your own number on outgoing calls is still being tested and isn't available yet.
How long does setup take?
A few minutes. Install the app, allow the permissions it explains, run a test call and, if you like, record your voice. The app helps you fix any setting you denied.
What counts as an hour?
Time Callmate spends on calls for you, rounded up to the next 6 seconds. Hold time counts at half rate. Phone line costs are included, with no separate call charges.
What happens when I run out of hours?
Callmate pauses new calls and asks you first. Buy extra hours, which stay on your balance for 12 months, or wait for next month's hours.
How many calls can run at once?
One at a time on Free and Personal, 3 on Plus and 10 on Business, with higher limits on request. We don't offer unlimited simultaneous calls, so costs stay predictable.
Will people know it's an AI?
Yes. Callmate says it's an AI assistant calling for you, even when it uses your voice, and plays a recording notice where one is required.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Any time from Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of the period, and there are no cancellation fees. You'll never be charged twice for the same call.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. 2½ hours in your first 30 days, then 20 minutes a month for as long as you like. No card needed.
