About the Drafta integration

The Drafta integration connects Callmate to your existing phone system, so calls can move between Callmate and your desk phones, queues and extensions.

Key features

• Bring your own carrier: Keep your rates and numbers.
• Desk phone transfers: Warm transfers to extensions and hunt groups.
• Overflow routing: Send calls to Callmate only when your queue is full.
• Failover: Calls fall back to your system if Callmate is unreachable.

Get started

In Callmate, open Settings, then Telephony, and choose Drafta. Add your SIP credentials and point an inbound route at your Callmate assistant.
