Every franchisee answered the phone differently, and corporate had no visibility into how many calls were missed or how they were handled.

Solution

Corporate built one template assistant with the brand greeting, policies and pricing rules, then cloned it per territory with local hours, staff and service areas. The brand number routes callers to the nearest territory by zip code.

Twenty-two front desks

Each Ombrik franchisee answered calls their own way, from a dedicated office manager to the owner's mobile phone. Corporate could not tell how many calls were missed, and customers got a different experience in every town.

A template, cloned per territory

The operations team built one assistant with the brand greeting, policies and price rules, then cloned it 22 times from a spreadsheet of local details. Franchisees can change their own hours and staff, while brand rules stay locked.

One dashboard for the network

Corporate sees answer rates, bookings and revenue by territory side by side, and listens to flagged calls from any franchise.

New franchisees now go live on Callmate on their first day, with the same voice as everyone else.
