About the Kovri integration

The Kovri integration posts every call summary to the channel you choose, per line or per assistant. Urgent calls arrive with a live link to listen in, and follow up tasks can be claimed with a reply.

• Channel routing: Send each line, assistant or location to a different channel.
• Customer threads: Every call from the same customer lands in one thread.
• Live links: Urgent calls post a link to listen in or take over from your phone.
• Claim tasks: Reply to a task to take it, and Callmate marks it as yours.

Get started

In Callmate, open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Kovri. Authorize the Callmate app for your workspace, pick a channel and place a test call.
