The Ostrel integration lets Callmate see real availability across your team's calendars and book appointments directly, with travel time and buffers between visits.

Key features

• Real availability: Free and busy times across every selected calendar.
• Buffers and travel: Gaps between visits based on distance and job length.
• Round robin: Spread bookings across a team or send them to one person.
• Reschedules: Customers move or cancel by phone or text, and the calendar follows.

Get started

In Callmate, open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Ostrel. Connect the calendars Callmate may book into and set your booking rules.
