About the Tervani integration

The Tervani integration lets Callmate book jobs the way your dispatcher would, matching skills and zones, and keeps customers updated when a technician is on the way.

Key features

• Skill matching: Jobs go to technicians qualified for the work.
• Service zones: Out-of-area callers are referred politely.
• Membership lookup: Members get their pricing and priority slots.
• On my way texts: Customers get a text with the technician's photo.

Get started

In Callmate, open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Tervani. Connect your account, map job types to your services and set which slots Callmate may book.
