Maya Lombardi co-founded Callmate after ten years running dispatch for her family's heating and cooling business in Denver. She watched good technicians lose jobs to whoever answered the phone first, and answering services that could take a message but never book anything.

She leads product direction, hiring and customer relationships. Maya still rides along with a customer every month and listens to a sample of real calls every week, because she believes the only way to build a receptionist people trust is to hear it work.
Before Callmate, she ran operations for a 40-truck home services company and rebuilt its call center around booking rates instead of call counts.
