Open Knowledge and paste your website address. Callmate reads your services, service area and contact details and drafts a script.
Upload your price list, membership terms and any policies, such as trip fees, cancellation rules and warranty terms. Plain documents and spreadsheets work.
Read the drafted script from top to bottom. Correct anything in plain words, such as "we do not service tankless water heaters". Changes apply to the next call.
When a call summary shows an answer you would change, click Correct this and write the right answer. Callmate uses it on every call after.
