Integrations let Callmate see real availability, recognize returning customers and write every call back to your systems.

Connect an integration

Open Settings, then Integrations, and choose the tool. Sign in and approve the permissions listed on the integration page.

Map your services

For calendars and field service tools, map each service Callmate can book to a job type, duration and the people or skills it needs.

Check the first sync

Place a test call and book a test job. Check that the booking, the contact and the call summary appear in your tool. If a field is missing, adjust the mapping and try again.
