Control what Callmate records, how long it is kept and what is redacted.
Callmate records and transcribes calls so you can review them, but you decide what is kept and for how long.
Callmate plays a consent notice based on the caller's location. You can change the wording or turn recording off per line in Lines, then Recording.
Card numbers, bank details and, on Business plans, health information are removed from recordings and transcripts automatically.
Set how long recordings and transcripts are kept, from 30 days to seven years, in Settings, then Data. Deleted recordings cannot be recovered.
Export calls for any date range as audio and text. To delete a specific caller's data, search for their number and choose Delete caller data.
